1. What options can I perm my numbers at?
Option 6 (Perm 2) where one can win with 2 or more numbers and Option 7 (Perm 3) to win with 3 or more numbers in the draw.
2. Why can't I stake more than 10 numbers on your platform?
You can only perm up to 10 numbers. i.e.,
3 to 10 numbers for Perm 2 and
4 to 10 numbers for Perm 3.
3. What's the difference between Direct 1 and Banker?
Direct 1 is the first number drawn, and you win if your staked number matches it. Banker means having your staked number among the drawn numbers.
4. At what time do you close the draw for Noon rush and Evening games?
Noon Rush game closes at 12:55pm and Evening games close at 7:10 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 5:55 pm on Sunday.
5. When are the draw results announced?
Results are announced by 1:30 pm for Noon Rush and 7:30 pm for Evening games from Monday to Saturday, and 6:30 pm on Sunday.
6. Can I play both Noon Rush and Evening games at the same time?
No, they have different opening and closing times.
7. What's the minimum and maximum amount I can play with on 590mobile?
You can play from GHC1.00 to GHC200.00 per ticket. However, should a game accumulate more than GHC200.00 per ticket, a refund of the excess is paid.
8. Can I get a refund if I mistakenly played GHC50.00 instead of GHC5.00?

You'll be charged for 89 lines, as the system matches your numbers against 89 remaining numbers. Therefore, if you enter GHC1.00, it is multiplied by the 89 lines, therefore you will be charged GHC89.00.
20. I won GHC 7,200 and have not received my money.
Payments above GHC 5,000 are paid the next day.
21. I always get an error message after entering my staked numbers, may I know why?
Don't use special characters (, * # / -) to separate numbers; use spaces instead. e.g. (22 33 43 40).
